WHAT IS A BURGLAR PROOF?

Burglar proof (burglar proof windows & burglar proof doors) is a material made of metals which is designed to provide security in order to prevent burglar attack at homes or offices. We develop with neat, tough bars as a deterrent to crime.

• 14 gauge 1-7/8” x 2-3/8” Heavy duty top and bottom tracks

• Bottom tracks can be made to fold up to prevent trip hazards

• Main Verticals- 16-gauge ½” x 1” rectangular tubing

• Secondary Verticals & Scissors- 3/16” x 3/4”-Solid Steel Flat Bar

• Adjustable Top Rollers- Large 1-5/8” diameter, cadmium plated, steel ball bearing rollers with 1/2” diameter bolt.

• Welded Bottom Rollers-Large 1-5/8” diameter, cadmium plated, steel ball bearing rollers-will not swivel inside the bottom track.

• Lock tabs for Slam locks -Standard. Other lock options are available.

• Can be customizable with Smart Locks: installing smart locks that can be controlled remotely. These locks often come with features such as automatic locking, entry logs, and alerts if someone tries to tamper with the lock.

• Pivoting Retainer Strap holds the folded bottom track “up” and swings down when not in use

• Lock tabs welded to the folding bottom track allow the track to be locked in the “up” position

• Lattice: 1/2″x 1/2″ tubular 18 gauge steel, cold rolled sections, with a carbon content of 0.60% to ensure maximum strength and rigidity

• Channels: 16 gauge Steel sections hot rolled into U-channels with a carbon content of 0.10 % for superior Strength.

• Rivets: Aluminium alloy with a 3.5% Manganese content for maximum strength and wear ability

• Fittings: All moving parts and components are made from glass filled Nylon 6 and at-Metal on metal wear points

• Finish: Products are Polyester coated using top quality Polyester powder with UV resistant capability. The electrostatic process is used to ensure consistent coverage.
